With more than 20 years of experience as a Senior Pastor, Executive Pastor, and trusted church leader, I have learned what it takes to build healthy churches, develop strong leaders, and serve the local church with excellence and integrity.
I currently serve as the Executive Director of Operations at New Life Covenant Church Southeast, where I oversee ministry operations, administration, and organizational strategy. Our church is supported by more than 1,000 volunteers and 100 staff members and serves over 10,000 people each week through in-person worship and online ministry.
I hold graduate-level training in Nonprofit Administration and have earned certificates in Church Administration, Nonprofit Management, Organizational Development, Leadership, and Nonprofit Governance.
My calling is the church. My commitment is to help pastors and church leaders build systems that work, lead people well, and create ministries that last.
