With nearly 3 decades of leading as a Senior Pastor, Executive Pastor, and servant leader, I have learned the principles, priorities, and purpose of leading and serving in the local church.
As the Executive Director of Operations for New Life Covenant Church Southeast, I lead the administration and operations of the ministry. We are powered by over 1,000 volunteers and 100 staff members, serving more than 10,000 people weekly, in-person and virtually.
I completed my graduate-level studies in Nonprofit Administration with certificates in Church Administration, Nonprofit Management, Organizational Development, Leadership, and Nonprofit Governance.
My passion is the work of the church.
