I Help Busy Pastors Make, Mature, and Multiply Leaders
Church Leadership Coaching and ChurchLeaderOS help pastors develop leaders, strengthen ministry teams, and build healthier churches without carrying everything alone.
Why Churches Stay Stuck
Why Most Pastors Struggle to Develop Leaders and Build Sustainable Teams
Most churches do not have a leadership problem.
They have a leadership system problem.
Without a clear system:
Volunteers hesitate to step up
Decisions take too long to make
Vision feels stuck
Staff burnout quietly grows
You become the default problem-solver
You don’t need more motivation or inspiration.
You need a leadership system.
ChurchLeaderOS is a practical leadership framework for pastors who want:
Leaders who actually lead
Teams that take ownership
Clear decision-making lanes
Sustainable growth
Fewer fires and more focus
Imagine leading a church where your leaders take ownership, your systems support your vision, and your ministry no longer depends on you carrying everything.
That's what ChurchLeaderOS is designed to help you build.
Meet Eric
Church Leadership Coach Executive Director of Operations Founder of ChurchLeaderOS
For more than twenty years, I've served as a Senior Pastor, Executive Pastor, and now Executive Director of Operations at one of America's largest churches.
Every week I help lead complex ministry operations, leadership development, and organizational systems that support more than 100 staff, more than 1,000 volunteers, and thousands of people.
I built ChurchLeaderOS because I kept seeing the same problem.
Pastors weren't failing because they lacked passion.
They were burning out because they lacked systems.
Today, I coach pastors and ministry leaders to build healthier leaders, stronger teams, and sustainable ministry.
ChurchLeaderOS exists because healthy churches are built on intentional systems, not heroic effort.
“Pastor Eric is creative, driven, and very well organized. He'll also tell you the truth, so be ready! Whatever he tells you is tried and true, so do it. He's the real deal.”
